Privacy policy
This page explains what information timothyneubauer.com collects, how it is used and the choices you have. Updated September 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Timothy Neubauer, Vice President of Relocation & Affiliated Services at Coldwell Banker Advantage, 7610 Six Forks Rd, Suite 200, Raleigh, NC 27615. Questions about this policy can go to timothyneubauer@cbadvantage.com or (919) 300-5162.
Information you send us
When you use a form on this site, we collect what you enter: usually your name, email, phone number, the type of move or partnership, your timeframe, location and message. Forms are stored securely in Google Firebase and forwarded to Timothy through Google services so he can reply. We use this information only to respond to you and to help with your move, referral or program. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
If your request is part of a relocation, referral or employee benefit program, we may share the details you gave with the Coldwell Banker Advantage agent or relocation team member who will help you, and with the relocation company or referring agent involved in your move.
Visit counts
The site counts page views with a simple built-in counter. It records which page was viewed, the day and how the visitor arrived (for example, a search engine or a direct visit). It does not use cookies and does not record names, emails, IP addresses or other personal details. To tell a new visitor from a repeat visit on the same day, it stores a small note in your own browser, which you can clear at any time.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages are popular, what devices are used and which links are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, browser and pages viewed. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Links to other sites
Home search, home value estimates and some resources open on other websites, including cbadvantage.com, school districts and government sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
Form messages are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing timothyneubauer@cbadvantage.com.
Children
This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
