What employees get
Eligibility covers staff, faculty, HR representatives on behalf of a new hire or candidate, and applicants of partner organizations, along with their immediate families. Program details and rewards are set up for each partner.
How we set up your program
- Talk with me. We discuss your organization, your people and what a real estate benefit should accomplish.
- We create the program. I design a REAP Rewards program for your organization, including eligibility and rewards.
- We launch it together. Your team gets an enrollment page and materials to share with employees and new hires.
- We manage it. Every employee who enrolls is matched with a Coldwell Banker Advantage agent, and I stay your single point of contact.
